Lyrebird Sculptures: From Exhibition Piece to Private Commissions
Commission Work 2026
The original Lyrebird sculpture was exhibited and sold at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show in 2026 before finding its permanent home in Wandiligong, Victoria.
The success of the original sculpture led to two further Lyrebird commissions in 2026, one for a private garden in Glen Iris, Victoria, and the other for a property overlooking the water at Bay View, New South Wales.

Each Lyrebird sculpture is individually hand-drawn, cut using a hand-held plasma cutter and MIG welded in corten steel. While inspired by the original design, every sculpture is unique and created specifically for its new setting.
